Amin Reinsurance Company , the first private reinsurance company in Iran , was licensed on July 2nd 2003 by Bimeh Markazi Iran and was registered in the Kish Free Trade Zone .
Amin Re started operating on July 28 of the same
year , with the initial capital of US$50 million.
